Wrong Character Cards at Feso Shop

Hi,

I tried to buy 2 character cards at Feso Shop, Catherine Torsche and Catherine (STR Build). I moved to Barracks to create the cards, but didn't find any of the 2 cards that I supposedly bought. Then, I logged in and checked the cards and found nothing but Grandma and Hellena cards. I thought that I selected the wrong cards, so I bought another 2 cards (Cath Torsche and STR) "again". To my surprise, same cards appeared at my inventory.

You haven't patched your game after the maintenance which took place on 08.12.2020 at 18:00 GMT/UTC+0.
Patching is always required after each maintenance. In this case your client files don't match with server files.

Do you still have the character cards? Please tell me your family name so I can contact you and we exchange for the correct ones.
Please also make sure to patch your game by closing it and starting "Granado Espada.exe".
