dont have chars that r only in cash, except new chars. but usually in 2-3 weeks they r added to gm summon stones. almost all items from cash shop u can get in game (missions/raids/shops/achievements). but ofc chances r not high)

r u sure u talked to all soldiers? in some spots there r 2-3 soldiers. just check starstorm and do it step by step

some artifacts can add +1 ( like rio, leonel)

im prem r all chars from cash-shop, except last one (now christina iirc, so canna is in there)

she has stance at beginning. and btw u wont get hm stone from journal. rewars were changed, as there we many ppl who abused this journal with tons of alts

u can do whole scenario in one run. enter mission - kill boss - warp to city to give quest and take next step - move barracks - enter mission - slowly go to next boss.
