Just do scenario. no need to burn you self at the very beginning you'll lose interest quickly if you grind too hard. while doing scenario quest you can get very good items ( Character Summon stone, journals etc...) i used 2 Musk + Scout until viron (Flintlock stance will do alot of damage)...
