Alejandro Subquest not Triggering in Reboldeaux

Kept on going to the marker near the central fountain but the quest is not working or triggering. Help!

I'm working on this sub-quest and it definitely isn't triggering - the quest is [Romantic Macho] Love in Reboldoeux.

somehow works for me now too, i had alejandro in my team but not as the leader

It was patched with last week's maintenance (2/7/23), so I was able to finish it.
