Hi,
Anyone know how to use this item ?
It says click a mission reward box for additional stuff but which mission ? Cuz when clicked on those reward box from rank missionbin coimbra nothing happened

You can use it whenever the roulette is out
Press the box next to the vis extra roulette to change it to consume extra roulette ticket
