You can get growth stone by
Joining savages raid
Sell feso and buy GS in feso shop
Join Battle Colssum if you in sea server
Also some daily solo raid give growth stone

Savages it's costume raid this server ,u can join it by AcclaNPC (Bedel,Rebo) u need squad for this raid, I think ppl broad for it or join fraction ,usually fractions do it daily
Solo daily : hmm,it's luci castle ,Castilia mine, relic Tower of Chaos and (hard version) I suggest do CTB too,u can do infinito, Bounty hunters for sell BH/disapio tokens

Aclla in Bedel Market , there are brunch of NPC there not listed in map
She is not in rebo but in Ailis, use quick warp to mission area , she is standing opposite to miha
