On other servers it is taken from Leonardo, it is not here, or maybe it's just me?

It is in Leonardo. You need to go to rebo and find Makima NPC ( in front of lyndon). Then press "Account Setting", "1-Click Storage" . Then you will see Leonardo shop again. This is a QOL we have in this server that you can 1 click enter Leonardo.
