Sorry if this is a known issue, I tried searching the forums but couldn't find anything. I'd really like to buy some stuff from the cash shop, but it seems like I can't. I live in the US, and each time I put my card in it gives me this message. After translating it says it won't go through because of foreign currency or something.
The process:
1. Click "Account Upgrade"
2. Click the package that I'm trying to buy (in this case the 100 euros one)
3. Click the pay with card icon
4. Enter my information
5. Error message
