[CLOSED]Bugged Katovic Quest

Help Needed: Please help me trigger "The Investigation of Various Waters" quest.

Background:
I'm unable to continue my Katovic quest after finishing "The Missing Town" quest (Ref 1). No quest was received after finishing the first one but his NPC shows the gold exclamation mark for quests (Ref 2) and talking to Ludeza does nothing (Ref 3).

Tried back tracking and talked to the boxes again from the 1st quest and tried talking to the Eltetahs but nothing happened. I'm guessing that the cause of the bug was me being knocked back while talking to the NPC while submitting the 1st quest which ended the conversation prematurely.

Thanks but yeah, tried doing step 1 again but the boxes just gives generic responses. Same with the Eltetahs :<

I just did the prerequisites and this questline on a new account without problems.
Neither quest "The missing town" nor quest "The investigation of Various Waters" have been customized, they work 100% like on officials.

Furthermore this questline has been successfully done by various players within the last 24 hours.
I'm sorry to say this but the problem is in your side, you are probably missing a requirement or not exactly following the guides.

Reply: What do u think is missing.. cause it didnt work for me either. i tried and tried, traced back all my movements and completed all quests before that and still cant.. What do u think is there to do next? i mean what reqquirement is missing then?
