I purchase a high emerald, sapphile from feso shop to do Errac quest. However I got rare book of shooting or ruby instead(I did double check the list of item that I buying but it still get difference item).

Your game client is not up to date and as a result you purchased the wrong item.
You must the patcher to update your game.
