i want to report about World Cross PVP problem that i met while PVP
1, i got disconect usually, not alot but about 2-3 times a day. When i find the match, i got DC
2, not only in pvp, in general, Resistant Caise and his introdution job skill didn't apply after he use it, this happen when i press his job skill as soon as the charater be able to move, and i need to rebuff again.
3, to day i met an opponent that his Chungha can instantly change between stance 2 and stance 1 (this is a bug , my chungha sometime switch into stance 1 sometime) but he can switch anytime he want , he use his first skill in stance one and instant kill my 2 flying characters ( because he still have buff form 2nd stance)
4, today again, i use mass invisible and my enemy still can see me , yes, he can see me and run right into my face no matter where i go ( still the same guy with chungha can switch stance)he use chungha and Resistant Caise, im sure he didn't use Escape artist at all, even he use it he still cant detect me from 50m. i mean every where i go, he follow and use aoe skill right in my possition every match. is this possible ? i've met alot of invisible team in wcpvp but im pretty sure i cant see invisible enemy, unless i use moon (which have invisible detect in range 15m) or use EA.
and one suggest : please reduce invisible time by half in WCPVP
thing need to be balance.

Hi, thanks for the report.

1. If you experience disconnects, please have a look here to find a way how to fix them.
2. I have never heard of such a problem before, just created character on test server, skills/buffs work fine. This might be due to lag on your side.
I am sure if something was wrong in general players would have complained on Discord ages ago since character is very popular.
3. There has been a bug regarding Chungha stances which was fixed even before server launch. The fact that the first skill can hit and kill flying characters is not a bug but normal game mechanics. Did you create any screenshots or a video by chance that I could look at?
4. This is also new to me, didn't have any other reports of this sort. Same question as before, did you make any screenshots or a video?
What I can ensure is that there are no hacks/cheats for PVP. Only a GM can see invisible characters by default and there are only two GM accounts existing.

As for your suggestion, we have a suggestion section and a Discord channel where such things can be discussed.

for 3rd question, first skill can hit flying yes i know, it's just he use it while he is using 2nd stance, i mean he can switch it back to stance 1 normaly, and that first skill of stance 1 have bonus agi like skills in 2nd stance ( and deal like x7 x8 damage compare to normal)
i will record video of my pvp matchese next time , hopefully i will meet him.

Sorry for this late , i need to record video. finally here
1, this is the bug when i use introdution R.Caise job skill
not only one time, i need to rebuff 5 times and thanks god i finally got the buff ( pretty sure my enemy dont usually wait for me )

2, yeah i finally met him again, i forgot to record the first match ( which i got detected from a far too) , but you can see his chungha use first skill of stance 1 to kill my Emilia ( with yellow damage, yes he is in stance 2 then switch to stance 1). in 2nd match ,again he run right in to my invisible team and aoe me , this is not the first time i met him so im pretty sure he can see me, once again he use chungha with 1st skill in stance 1 while in stance 2 too. so im pretty sure this is a bug ( and he know how to use it) .
dont mind the lag, i use 4g from a phone so when someone call me i got no connection for 5-10sec.

1. Not a bug, buff get's applied everytime you use it. If you re-use it, it will disappear. Two Players I showed video on Discord have confirmed this.
2. Only a GM can see invisible characters by default and there are only two GM accounts existing. There are no cheats/hacks for this game.
Repeating here what I've said earlier. The video quality is so low, can barely see anything, I'll ask arround if people know about issues regarding Chungha.

please watch it carefuly, the buff show up and disapear right after that, i dont re-use it, i buff then run, then it disapear.

2nd video i upload right just 10 minute before , it need around 1 hour for youtube for highquality, sorry for this. i dont say it's cheat or hack, but he can see my invisible character, that's what i want to say, you can see he was follow my invisible char, if this video is not enough, i will record for more information , you can see it clealy in big map like silience maze.

You might want to join Discord and ask other players for their opinion.
They can help/explain because there isn't much for me to check here. Other than Chungha skill usage I don't see any problems.
