I had written a suggestion quite a while back but never shared it because I was still considering many aspects to the suggestion. Anyway, I think I should just share it regardless instead of letting it go stale.
p.s. CNT's stats scaling has always been weird and I've discussed this with Coal back on CNT release.
Codename T
CNT is a new but unpopular character because there are many characters far superior to what he offers. He fails at offering any unique advantages in both PVP and PVE. He has subpar DPS and is clunky with too many small bits of mechanics that just don’t gel well together to offer a good kit.

Explanation
- By removing the “duration” / animation lock, it will allow for a smoother & snappier invincible-frame. Better still if it can emulate how [Shadow Teleport] (Jin) works.
- Initializes [Activation] stage immediately; no more levels – it just makes it super clunky.
- [Dark Veil] changes allow for short bursts of speed which allows for quick repositioning. Invincible duration is increased to help with timing it with high latency or lag (we aren’t Koreans playing on a Korean server).
[Delight of Vengeance]
ATK +2% per level (up to 100%), Normal ATK +1% per level (up to 50%), Melee DMG increased by 1% per 1.66 level (up to 30%).

Explanation
- The Max ATK Speed cap is drastically improved. This ensures that he doesn’t feel so terrible to play.
- His DPS is currently poor so adding some scaling with DEX, AGI, STR would be great.

Explanation
- The idea is to improve the speed at gaining the stacks and consuming it constantly.
- This also allows for some interactivity especially with [Mark of Vengeance].
