[DECLINED]Adding guardian master in SCR

Suggestion has been declined for two reasons.
1. Master Guardian outside of town maps causes warnings on protocols, which makes related work harder.
2. SCR map is already very good as it is, the only downside of the map is that you need to get to town to promote characters and sell loot.
This change would make map so good that Ancient En Celar and Ancient Castilla would become completly useless.
