This is kind of a request i am having a lot of trouble trying to get the magical powered roses for leona quests and since my clan is inactive no one is helping. can u at least mage the item tradeable so we can buy them from MM. I have been stuck in that quest for months and cannot continue

Suggestion has been declined. According to official patchnotes, the item you have mentioned won't be needed any longer to continue the quest.
We will implement this change within the next two maintenances. As a result we don't need to make the item tradeable in the first place.

Dianmir can’t work in GE right now as he has to attend personal matters.If need help, just ask on Discord or in-game broadcast. Can also check at Lucifer entrance, I’m sure someone will show up to do the missions that’ll let you leech. Otherwise, you can do it the hardmode; farm them in Reception Hall of Oblivion.
i think you can just buy it from player, usually faction mate will give it for free.Are there any way easier than CTB or Lucifer raid, I can't do it by myself
