Hello,

I would suggest to give the characters a small specific buff if the character has all of the stances completed, including the barehand (for the ones that have).
This way, players will take a little time to do even the skipped stances. As you know all players are just focused on getting to high level and skip some of the stances.

It will not affect the game economy and is not urgent, is a nice to have.

No, we may be a private server but this is a grade of customization we won't do.
Not to mention the amount of work vs. effort doesn't match.
