[FIXED]Cant Enhance Clean Cresmento equipment or any equipment

Why i cant enhance any equipment at idge or soho in town, is there any limited fam level to enhance, because i cant finish idge pionir quest without enhancing cresmento leahter armor and sword.

any suggestions?

Hello, I just created a new family and could succesfully enhance equipment. Please check the following:
1. Do you have Shiny Crystal in your Inventory?
2. Do you have enough Vis for enhancement?
3. Did you restart your game client?
4. Are you using English or Russian game client?

We had two players report this problem on Discord and in one case it was solved after relogging.
In the second case I haven't gotten an answer yet.

Update: I have found the cause for this problem, since I managed to reproduce problem with my GM account.
The problem is temporary and is a side-issue because of the high server load (lag). By now it should be working again.

Furthermore I have found an error on a game client file that could also cause this, this will be fixed with next maintenance.

My friend and I keep getting this message: “You can not enhance anymore” from Idge.

Did and have steps 1-3 and using an english patch. Even after closing game and going online it’s still the same.

Update 2 on my post above: At the moment I can't fix it for your account since problem is related to lag-issues and only on certain accounts.
We will have a maintenance as soon as possible and after maintenance it will be working for you as well.

yep, my problem is still there, cant enhance right now at 17:12 server time. idge or soho said "you can not enhance anymore"
tried to restart the client but still cant
