Hi, I have tried downloading GE to my microsoft surface pro 3 with windows 10 and after finish patching, I open the game and it just crashed after the windows mode is opened. Any ideas on how to fix this? It shows the game is opened with a windows mode as usual with white screen (Not responding) when after I wait for it to load it just closes automatically. Thank you! Would like to play this again after a long break.
