First of all we need it to cover the costs for running this server as well as the working hours we have put and will put into the game.
Players can also use the cash shop if they like to donate to support us. For this cause we will be adding additional game cosmetics in the future.
The cash shop offers you an item called "Andromida Token". It is a tradeable game-item.
You can either use it on the Cash Shop in the game or sell it to other players for Vis or Feso.
If you click on the cash shop symbol within the game, your default internet browser will open the cash shop.
To use the cash shop ingame please go to map "City of Auch" and talk to NPC "Andromida Token Merchant".

Can I refund or exchange a product after I have bought it?
No, as quoted from our community rules: No refunds for donations or items bought from the cashshop.
The buttons and text within the window of the payment provider are Russian.
We are aware of this problem and will fix it, English text will be available soon.
Which payment methods are available and what currency is displayed?

- Login to https://granado-espada.to and click on on menu Cashshop on the top navigation bar.
- All available items are seperated into the following categories: Characters, Period, Consume, Pet Food, Others
- Each item can be clicked on to see more details, by clicking on "Purchase" the item will be added to your cart.
- You can either continue adding/removing items, once you are done click on square symbol on the top right.
- You will see all selected items on the "checkout" site, next select (checkbox) the items you wan't to buy. There are two options now:
a) Your account balance is above 0, you can reduce the amount you have to pay by using your balance in the field "store credit".
You will then proceed by accepting the Terms of Service and clicking on "Proceed to payment".
b) Your account balance is 0, you will proceed by accepting the Terms of Service and clicking on "Proceed to payment". - The payments provider (Unitpay) window will pop up and show the amount to be paid.
- Click on the right tab "Method" in order to choose the payment method.
- Switch to the left tab "Credit Card/Details" and type in the required information depending on the payment method.
- Click the blue "Pay" button below and wait for the payment to be processed.
You may receive an e-mail confirmation depening on payment method. - Within the game click the "Treasure Chest" symbol at the top of the game interface.
Select "Get cash item" and press "Receive all". If there are no items, please wait 2 minutes and try again.

You can donate either 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 EUR (Euro) by clicking on "Upgrade now" below the amount. - You will choose the payment provider, currently only "Unitpay" is available so just click "Continue".
- Within the browser window the Unitpay window will show up. Click on the right tab "Others" to choose the payment method.
- Switch to the left tab "Credit Card/Details" and type in the required information depending on the payment method.
- Click the blue "Pay" button below and wait for the payment to be processed.
You may receive an e-mail confirmation depening on payment method.
Hint: If you decide to purchase items at a later point you can do so.
