[GUIDE] Game Patcher Troubleshooting

Before contacting our server staff on Discord about issues with your game patcher, please try to solve them by following the list below.

  1. Go to your game folder and start file "Update_Patcher.bat" once.
    Example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\GEAndromida\Update_Patcher.bat"

  2. Download files "Patcher_Configuration.zip" and extract (overwrite) all files to your game folder.
    Example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\GEAndromida"

  3. Right click "Granado Espada.exe" > Options > Tab "Compability" > Button "Change settings for all users".
    Enable checkbox "Run this program as an administrator".

  4. If you use the patcher and game client within a sandbox follow these steps:
    Right click on your sandbox within Sandboxie user interface. Choose option "Delete contents" > press button "Delete Contents".

  5. If you receive error "Fail to receive download list. Please try again. revision_v2.txt (820)"
    • Check if you have following files on game folder: updater.config.xml, updater.option.xml and updater.revision.txt
    • Make sure your computer is connected to the internet. Try again after waiting for 10 minutes.

    • If the error still shows up after waiting for 10 minutes, navigate to folder "...\GEAndromida\release". Warning: This only works if your game is up to date.
    • Start "ge_emergency_start.bat" for English, "gr_emergency_start.bat" for Russian and "gc_emergency_start.bat" for Chinese language.

  6. If you receive error "It has been deleted caused by damaged zip file. Please restart to download it again. C:\Program Files\GEAndromida\Number.zip (1352)".
    Example: "C:\Program Files\GEAndromida\6308.zip"
