I wanna chat about ingame balance and other stuff ~
Maybe some smart people gonna calm my heart ~
Bad english warning ~

So, lets start with an axiom: in game like GE, where you can play 200+ chars using different variations of team, - ingame balance is not reachable trascendential thing from another universe. Here you dont need to do even a visibility of balance, it simply have no sense ~
But what have sense then?
Lets look at this situations through the prism of role diferentiation.
Classic mmorpg has typical role pool: tank, offtank (tank+dd), dd/dps (damage dealer), support (healer, buffer, debuffer, etc). In terms of balance, this roles do not
overlap, or it is a subject of a different discussion i dont wanna start here. So lets look at inside-role differentiation.
In gacha games (and ge is obviously a gacha game), you usually have tierlist of items, characters, literally everything. For an example, tierlist for tanks look here like this: first and the most powerful and useful tank - is lada. Then comes Sirius, then soldiers of rebo\coimbra,then fighter and lower tiers like catherine and others. Characters under second tier are not so useful as first two tiers, because obviously - they do their job worst, and same result for then is totally unreachable or hardly reachable. Players, who consciously playing these tier characters can be called "Tryhards", from urban dictionary:"Somebody whose effort level and emotional investment is excessively high for the level of play in which they are compteting.".
But thats another discussion. Discussion of abberation and the influence of divergences on the crowd, I also dont wanna start here :D

So, obviously, the most important, played and progressing (and also the most numerous) role is DAMAGE DEALER (dd)!
This role is usually so big that it has sub roles.
So lets talk about risk-reward approach to dd sub-role.
First is high risk - high reward (HH) characters. They are mostly melee and low range dps. The actual core of this role is do maximum damage in minimal time. If its success - you winning, if not - you losing. Simpleas that. The good examples here are: melee (chungha, scavenger), chaneller dps teams (aisha, navas, rubiana), close range dps teams (canna, cnc) etc.
Next are mid risk - mid reward (MM). These is chars who can keep distance, but has much less burst dps than HH. For examples: sariel, ss, other mid-range dps. Of course, you can say SS is meta af, but thats an another story, the story of damage type approach. But check it at raids where damage type is not so imprtant, like rrhm, tigress, castilla hard, and you will see - they do less damage than HH if you HH can play properly.
Low risk - low reward (LL) - its smth like rcaiise, ralph, bernelly, vanshee. No nuke damage, high, usually not reachable attack distance or survivability, and pathetic dps and pvp domination. For this category we can also add smth unlillable, like ornella, peltast fighter, nike, kurt, edward.

So, lets talk now about my favourites, this is a character discussion after all ~ And because I have a right for my own opinion, no matters how stupid it looks from the side ~
First of all, this is a private server. That mans, its not obliged by following official ones.
Second, philological discussions have no place here ~ Broken characters are fun, op characters are fun, other characters - is a tryhard problem in terms of gacha game principles.
Third, "Justice" and "Fairness" are subjective criteria, they also have no sense.

So, FINALLY, I can start to discuss my CNC.

First questions: for actually what can it be used? It has hug ult radius, but low pre-ult debuff skill range,waht automatically makes her mid-low-range dps. Casting time is mediocre (2s), recovery+skill animation is huge (3-4s), movement speed is low (6.5). So this is abviously high risk character, what cant be saved from unlucky rng boss. For dps properly you should:
- guess or calculate timings, find windows for attack:
- keep positioning:
- use skill combos;
- have good weapons (valeron +7 666 counts as a good weapon still, not awesome ofc, but its third tier from top);
- gathering and keeping at least 9 mobs around cnc at least 4 times.

And what you get for it?

Same damage with ss and scav ~

And what you need for ss and scav? Oh, for scav you need canna (violet) and anis, and str setup ~ And for ss you need to use 3 skills before you use 5th ~

So I have a question: what tier cnc has now and what the reason to use it? For same damage I have much more easier chars.
And remember about everything is less than S tier are tryhard (not usable) characters ~
Ihope you answer my call or find some logical issues in my opinion ~ Both will be great.
But personally I rate it as B-tier ~

Right now i dont find any use for CNC to be honest, Sharon heavely out dps CNC in most scenarios and needs less things to do that damage, she just goes and stacks, then pff burst, meanwhile CNC has to gather mobs to deal damage
For current content, CNC is just a waste of vis, what CNC does in 1 min, Sharon or Canna can do in 25 secs

CNC Cant BBH, Disto or Quiri meanwhile Sariel, Canna, Sharon Can godlike dps there, and those are current "daily hard raids" that we have and people do

But for being honest I need to say shes kinda best dps for rrhm atm :D And very good for afk xD

soo, lets NERF sharon, canna and else to "Balance". its never ending story. Dev should be more careful about releasing char, test it before release at live server. but hey..we only got 1 Dev. so lets just we all be patience and enjoy, shall we ^^

All these characters have a different purpose, just cuz one is seems more op in one mission doesn’t mean they should get nerfed/buffed... Code Name C is specifically for RR Hard Mode/Blood Navy Hard, Tigres... Can also do others, but mainly those... Sharon for Quiritatio, etc. Sariel for Bible, Yeganeh for Bosses, and so forth...
As Chicodaniel said, Code Name C ain’t worth the investment right now since Hard Modes not here yet; don’t get why people go and make a whole set for every new character lol or what’s worse, completely replace one for another xD
