I've been playing GE with my wife since 2007. We quit for a while and came back when Th3 Fun took over. Again, we played together all the way up to master (which was the endgame back then) and, after about 2 years, it was time to call it quits again.
But we always find our way back to this game. For one reason or another, be it the amazing art style, the great raids or the AFK leveling (most important now that we're adults with real life issues, responsibilities and the likes).
But now it's not only the two of us, since we are now 3 in the family.
My 5 yo son has been playing videogames since he was 3. My wife and I being videogame translators and gamers, it was pretty obvious that we would pass him our hobbies.
So, trying to find a good place to show our kid the best MMO ever, we managed to land here. We've been playing for 3 or 4 days and we've already fall in love with the game all over again. My son is learning the ropes playing with my wife (Lincourt in game) and he's already starting to fall for GE. The appeal of having so many characters, the simple mechanics of clicking and space bar is particulary appealing for him.
So I came and read the rules and here is where I found myself in an awkward possition.
I saw that only 2 accounts are permitted per person. I thought that woulnd't be a problem, but then I understand that if we want to play all three of us, me , my wife and my son (he has our old laptop for gaming), then it would appear that 3 accounts are logged in on the same IP, and I think that would break the rule of 2 accounts per person (even if we are 3 people playing)
So that's my question. It seems simple enough, how can we play together as a family?
Is there a way of showing we're actually three people playing together? Is there no way for us as a family of 3 to enjoy the game together?
I thought I should post here and see if any of the developers can take a look and tell me what could I do.
