[NOTICE] Community Rules

Here are the rules for our Website, Discord, and in-game:

• » Be respectful to everybody, no matter their gender, age, religion, or ethnicity. Treat other people just like you want to be treated. This means no offensive language, pictures, or swearing, and obviously, anything illegal is not allowed.
  • Arguing with or insulting staff will be considered a punishable offense. Please treat our staff members with the respect they deserve as they put their best efforts forward to improve the game and make it an enjoyable environment for all.
• » Account sharing is forbidden, and any issues arising from account sharing (such as item theft, character loss, etc.) will not be eligible for recovery.
  • Sharing accounts may initiate a immediate ban for all accounts involved. If you are going to share account for helping a player login or whatnot, please contact an admin first before doing it.
• » Botting is forbidden, including the use of custom AI and automation through third-party software or mouse clickers. AFK-ing (game feature) is not considered botting and is allowed.
  • When reporting a bot, you must try to interact with the said bot. We will not accept reports that do not initiate contact with the bot unless, the bot has blocked whispers.
• » Real-money-trading (RMT) is strictly forbidden, and any attempts at RMT will be closely monitored.
• » Usage of exploits (harmful bugs) is strictly forbidden. Instead of exploiting, players are encouraged to report any issues to the staff and may receive a reward for doing so.
  • Players who exploit severe bugs will have their currency wiped and other items confiscated.
• » Creating a maximum of two accounts per ip is allowed, and players are allowed to multiclient two accounts. Creating or playing three or more accounts is strictly forbidden, regardless of whether it's multiclient or multiple computers.
• » Offensive forum names, family names, or character names are forbidden, and creating accounts, family names, and guilds to impersonate other players is not allowed.
  • Offensive family names can be reported.
• » Blocking NPC's or warp gates by making them unclickable is not allowed.
  • Be courteous to other players who are trying to interact an NPC to receive something. This rule does not apply in PVP maps.
• » Personal messages to server staff must not be about suggestions. Communication regarding suggestions must be on category Suggestions or on the Discord channel #players-suggestions.
  • Do not ask for free items as well.
• » Using two families (accounts) to kill your own (other) family at Clique Battle to obtain Clique Battle points is forbidden.
  • Exploiting anything that gives points through killing is not allowed, players who are found to be guilty may have their points and items purchased revoked.
• » No refunds will be issued for donations or items purchased from the cash shop, including accidental purchases due to misclicking, outdated game files, or balance changes. No restores of items that have been dropped/sold to NPC by accident.
  • Players who initiate a refund request or a chargeback will have their account blocked.
• » Modification of the game client is forbidden, with the exception of using sound packs in different languages.
  • Modifications to make the game run smoothly is allowed.
• » Players are not allowed to take advantage of events with alternate accounts.
  • You are not allowed to create new accounts and transfer event items from that account to your main account.
• » VPN Usage: Players are encouraged to use a VPN if their connection is spotty in GLOBAL server.
  • You are not allowed to use VPN on SEA server.
• » Lying about people or making things up in an attempt to discredit others or get them in trouble (e.g. false accusations like "x admin banned people!" "x makes people quit!" "x was trashtalking!"), especially without presenting proper evidence, is not allowed.
• » If something is obviously wrong because your common sense or moral tells you so, just don't do it. "I didn't read the rules" or "what I did wasn't forbidden because it wasn't listed on the forum" will not help.

Due to recent community interaction with staff, I have decided to institute a new rule.

• Arguing with or insulting staff will hereby be a punishable offense, We understand that members of our community are very passionate about the game and are, therefore, very vocal with their thoughts, however this is not grounds for arguing with, or mistreating, members of staff in regards to rules, events, or any server related decisions (both in game and in discord). Our staff members put their best forward, all on their own free time, to improve the game and make it an enjoyable environment for all, so please treat them with the respect they deserve.

Updated Rules 02-13-2022 : Global SERVER 2 Accounts per IP address, If you play with your brother or your wife/husband use 2 accounts only. So each person 1 account.

Rules have updated on 10-29-2022
- It is NOT allowed to abuse the beginning free gifts to feed them to another account You cannot trade items from the new player bonus / shop that would benefit your main account from your secondary account. You are still allowed to trade other event items, shop items, etc from your secondary account to your main account.

Another rule was added on 23-09-2023.
I had hoped this would've been common sense but it appears this must now be made clear:
- Lying about people or making things up in an attempt to discredit others or get them in trouble (e.g. false accusations like "x admin banned people!" "x makes people quit!" "x was trashtalking!"), especially without presenting proper evidence, is not allowed.

This seems to happen more frequently recently and quite frankly me (and probably the other staff also) are getting tired of constantly having to deal with the aftermath when we have better stuff to do.
Remember, some of us can see the logs and, a lot of the time, verify the credibility of someone's accusation with ease. If you have beef with someone, whether it be in Discord or in game, it's preferred you resolve it with said someone instead of resorting to sneaky methods like this.
As with the other rules, if you see this violated, report it or make a ticket.
