[PENDING]Add more options to farm for weapon/body costume perma/temp lumins?

• Currently right now the only option for free farmable weapon/body costume lumins (as far as I know) are in the Expedition Force shop. It would be nice to expand it to other areas for more accessibility at a much higher price point, limited amount per month.
• Why is the idea good, which current problem does it fix, which mechanic does it improve?
  It's good because it opens up more options to access these lumins rather than just using the Expedition Force shop and the cash shop journals.
• How urgent is this, rate 1-5 (1 = low, 5 = high)
  1
• Will it affect the game economy?
  Not really. Very little, if at all.
• Will it affect a core feature of the game?
  None that is game breaking, as far as I know.
• If we approve it, what will happen?
  There will be more options to obtain these lumins particular lumins.
• If we decline it, what will happen?
  Nothing, as far as I know. It will just take long to obtain these lumins generally.

I think expedition shop is perfectly fine place for them and they're fine where they are.

Anyone can send their characters into expeditions and I have way more points than I know what to do with at this point with the recent improvements Dianmir has made to expedition missions.

The only thing I grab from the shop are the manuals and I have more than enough points to grab 5 manuals, and the points keep rising.

I've been looking over at shops, and Crystalized Nucleus shop seems like a good place since there's two costume lumins there already.
