Same rate as Exchange Chip would break the market since 200*R7 (activity points 40) = 2^(7-6)*200*R6 act (activity points 35) so you would never do R6 ever again.
If you look deeper 200 R7 (40) =2^(7-1)*200 R1 (10) = 12800 R1. Do one run of R7 and bought all R1.
To make this conversion proper you need too look at the efficiency of the trade. One other thing is to consider the difficulty between ranks, quantify it and add it to the formula. Then look at the activity points between R# and R#-1 and quantify it.

I worked some calculation on it and it will cause more issues and advantages. I still suggest the trade that I specified in my previous post.

I am against it....
1) The ppl who play long this game would be in advance with RT exchange(as above)
2)If they need lower rank tokens,i dont see a problem there...why dont do lower ranks?As someone said here done in 15-30 secs with good armor/weps
3) IT WILL AFFECT THE PRICES in market becuse of 1).They would buy almost all from R.shop with downgrade their R7 tokens
4)if it comes true,i should do rate otherwise 2R7 to 1R6 <<-- this affect market too,but not too much,but ONLY DOWNGRADE for each ranks

the main reason for be more strong is take advantage of ur strenght xD if u dont need do Rank 6 Again what is the problem? for that reason u made spend in better items
