[Solved]How do I register for Mirjar merchants?

I joined this server in mid-October after leaving shortly after the T3 era started and can't seem to figure this out. It always says I'm not registered and that things will automatically happen at the start of the next month, but nothing happens. Googling doesn't seem to help as this game's unfortunately pretty obscure. Is this another outdated mechanic that fell off while I was gone or is there something I need to do to actively register?

Hi the Mirjar Merchants is totally removed from game (Official changes). Please check the following patch note. The AFK reward system now is the Lucia Merchant

Thanks! No wonder I couldn't find it through searching. In game, it was "Mirjar", and in the patch notes, it's "Mirjanar". Been through the NPC's dialogue menus so many times trying to figure things out.
