Which chars should I pick for start in this server?

Hi guys!

I'm going to start on this server and I would like to know which chars I can focus on to advance and which ones can help me in the future,
also, some tips to improve within the game and progress quickly at least until Armonia.

I like Queen Sereni Joshua for missions and Claire for SCR, but I want to know if they are still a good option or if can choose another one's.
