World bosses on Tuesday do not spawn properly

Hello,

I have noticed for a few months that Divino & Quinnitula very rarely spawn on Tuesday when they are supposed to. Last week they did appear at 12:00 server time, but they did not appear at 4:00 today, nor the 2 weeks prior to last week.

Could you please check why this keeps happening?
