Its not just like that at GE communities, but with any game. (I vividly remember Lol's Leblanc "no more silence, only tears" nerf).I don't understand why people in GE community always assume that a nerf means the character will become completly useless.
This is neither good for the game nor was that the plan.
In this case (just like with MSB and Canna) the idea is to bring the two mentioned characters into the same range as other premium characters.
As a result they would still be meta, Chungha would very likely stay best character.
As I'm using metal armor myself in pvp, I don't really see rKess as a big problem, however i do see that people around me are getting 1shot from a range with basic attacks. I'm not gonna use "git gud" argument here, for the sake of keeping this on the surface, so looking from this point of view, rKess should be nerfed somewhat in his damage. Just Imagine spending a month to get decent gear on your favorite pvp character, and someone with an rKess comes along and 1shots anything your gear works for. Its just no bueno. To counter it, you're forced to either wear metal armor, like me, or go down the invisible train (witch obviously has issues of its own).
As for Chungha, well, she 1blasts my metal armors anyway, so yeah. I don't think I have to clarify anything there. Of course, my gear isn't top notch, but that doesnt justify chungha's unbalance in PvP.
